She brings a positive spirit to the classroom each day and is always ready to lend a helping hand to her classmates and teachers. Today we honor our beloved teacher, colleague, and friend, Trisha Brookins, as we say goodbye following her passing.
For 18 years, Mrs. Brookins taught science at Central DeWitt Middle School, leaving a lasting legacy in the more than 2,000 students she impacted, as well as in the colleagues she supported, collaborated with, and inspired.

🌸 Downtown DeWitt is about to get even more beautiful! Last week, our horticulture students spent the day getting their hands dirty (in the best way) as they prepared 102 hanging baskets that will soon line the streets of DeWitt and add some serious summer charm.
