From the moment your child walks through the doors of Ekstrand Elementary, they are in a safe environment where our teachers will foster their love of learning, sense of responsibility and positive self-concepts.

At Ekstrand Elementary, we provide experiences which facilitate intellectual, emotional, social and physical growth. Each day is full of fun learning activities in a variety of subjects such as language arts, Fundations, mathematics, science, social studies, art, physical education, music, library, guidance and computers.

HISTORY
Ekstrand Elementary was built in 1970 and named for Mr. Ekstrand who was both a principal and superintendent in the district.
