Saber Cubs Care is Central DeWitt’s on-site before and after school child care program for students in Pre-K through 3rd grade. Designed to support busy families, the program offers a safe, engaging environment for students before and after the school day, as well as care on non-school days. With a focus on play, learning, and connection, Saber Cubs Care provides reliable, high-quality care right at Ekstrand Elementary.
REGISTRATION
Registration for Summer 2026 and the 2026-2027 school year is Monday, Feb. 2nd. To qualify, your child must be in Pre-K through 3rd grade for the 2026–2027 school year.
Summer Child Care is available for children who will be 4 years old by June 1, 2026, through those entering 4th grade in the 2026-2027 school year, in accordance with state regulations.
School-Year Child Care is available for children who will be 4 years old through 3rd grade during the 2026–2027 school year.

Student Registration Fee: $25 per child annually
Family/District Discount: 10% Discount for 2nd child and children of district employees
