Angela Rheingans

Angela Rheingans, President

Angela is a life-long resident of DeWitt. She and her husband, Brent, are the parents of three children.

Angela is the Executive Director of the DeWitt Chamber & Development Company. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping and running. She believes in giving back to her community through volunteering and participating in the many activities DeWitt has to offer.

Jodi Prosise

Dr. Jodi Prosise, Vice President

Jodi is a long-time resident of DeWitt. She and her husband, Eric, are the parents of two daughters in the district who are active in academics, athletics, and the fine arts.

Jodi is a professor of engineering at UW-Platteville, where she has dedicated her career to engineering education and student success. She is passionate about supporting our schools and ensuring a bright future for all students and the DeWitt community. 

Roger Hill

Roger Hill, Board Member

Roger Hill is a lifelong resident of the Central Dewitt community. Roger and his spouse, Pamela, have two daughters and five grandchildren. Roger is recently retired from Dewitt Bank & Trust where he served the community for 51 years (1971-2022) as a Bank Trust Officer.

Roger is involved in many clubs, scholarships, and trustees in the community. Roger is also a founding board member of the The Education Foundation of Central DeWitt and a part of several other boards. Alongside his community Involvement, Rodger enjoys being a part of the RiverChor Community Chorus of Clinton and collecting and restoring antique farm tractors.

Jed Ganzer

Jed has been a proud resident of DeWitt for over 25 years and has seen firsthand how Central DeWitt schools help students thrive—especially through his own daughter’s experience as a graduate.

With 26 years as a special education teacher at Davenport West and a background in running a roofing business, he brings both educational insight and real-world perspective. As a school board member, Jed is committed to listening to the community and ensuring every concern is heard and addressed.
